Booking fees are non-refundable.
Booking fees are transferable only if the cancellation was made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time and if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation.
Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on services rendered.
As a courtesy, you will receive a communication requesting your reservation confirmation before your appointment. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, 24-hour advance notice is required for single service. As for multiple services, 48-hour advance notice is required for multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations is subject to charges up to full-service value. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge of the total value of the services. Your appointment is important to us and is reserved especially for you! When you miss an appointment with us, arrive too late, or cancel at the last minute, we not only lose your business, but we also miss the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time slot. 24-Hour notice is required when rescheduling or cancellations any single appointment, and 48 hours for any multiple service. A fee of $25.00 single service, $50.00 up to $100 for multiple services, and over three or more services will be charged 50% of the service. Same-day cancellation/No Call/No Show credit card on file will be charged a full-service fee. For future appointments, you will be required to make a deposit of $50.00 for the service or will only be allowed to make same-day appointments. If you are late 15 minutes late without calling and speaking to Spa about running late, your appointment will be forfeited and treated as a last-minute cancellation.
